The Trump administration will keep strict guidelines for reviewing proposed corporate mergers that were implemented under the administration of former President Joe Biden.
The decision to keep those guidelines was detailed Tuesday in a Department of Justice memo and a social media post by Federal Trade Commission Chairman Andrew Ferguson.
